Clap-Serv is a service marketplace platform that connects customers with local service providers. We are committed to maintaining a safe environment for all users and take child safety extremely seriously.
Our Commitment
Clap-Serv has a zero-tolerance policy toward child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). We strictly prohibit any content, behavior, or activity on our platform that sexually exploits or endangers minors in any way.
Prohibited Content and Behavior
The following are strictly prohibited on Clap-Serv:
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) of any kind
- Grooming, solicitation, or exploitation of minors
- Any content that sexualizes individuals under the age of 18
- Sharing, distributing, or linking to CSAE material
- Any communication intended to exploit or harm children
Enforcement
We actively enforce these standards through the following measures:
- Immediate removal of any reported CSAE content
- Permanent suspension of accounts found in violation
- Reporting confirmed CSAM to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) and relevant law enforcement authorities
- Cooperation with law enforcement investigations related to child safety
Age Restrictions
Clap-Serv is intended for users aged 18 and above. Users who are found to be under the age of 18 will have their accounts removed.

If you encounter any content or behavior on Clap-Serv that you believe violates our child safety standards, please report it immediately. All reports are treated with urgency and confidentiality.
